What should I do when colors have a faded- out appearance, or color tone is poor?

Color settings are not correctly adjusted. - Perform picture adjustments by changing the COLOR TEMP, COLOR, TINT and/or COLOR SPACE settings, using the menu functions.
COLOR SPACE setting is not suitable. - Change the COLOR SPACE setting to AUTO, RGB, SMPTE240, REC709 or REC601.

What should I do when pictures appear blurry?

Either the focus and/or horizontal phase settings are not properly adjusted. - Adjust the focus using the focus ring, and/or H PHASE using the menu function.
The lens surface might be dirty or misty. Clean the lens in proper way.
The lamp may approach to end of its life. Replace with a new lamp.

What should I do when pictures appear dark?

The brightness and/or contrast are adjusted to an extremely low level. Adjust BRIGHTNESS and/or CONTRAST settings to a higher level using the menu function.
The ECO MODE function is working. Select NORMAL for the ECO MODE item in the SETUP menu.
The lamp is approaching the end of its product lifetime. Replace the lamp.

When should I replace the air filter?

Please check and clean the air filter periodically. When the indicators or a message prompts you to clean the air filter, comply with it as soon as possible. Replace the air filter when it is damaged or heavily soiled. Do reset the filter timer after replacement of filter.

What should I do when there is no image projection?

The lens cap is attached. Remove the lens cap then.
The brightness level is set to an extremely low level. Adjust the brightness to a higher level using menu function or remote control.
The signal cables are not correctly connected. Correctly connect the connection cables.
The computer cannot detect the projector as a plug and play monitor. Do toggling at the computer side (by pressing Fn + F button for window switching simultaneously)

Error message "check the air flow" appears.

The internal temperature is increasing.
Please turn the power off and allow the unit to cool down for 20 minutes. Please check the following before turning the power 'ON' again.

Is the air passage aperture blocked?
Is the air filter dirty?
Does the peripheral temperature exceed 35°C?

If the same error message displays again, please set the fan speed to 'HIGH'.

There are no sounds or pictures.

Please check the following:

The signal cables are not connected correctly.
Signal source may not work properly and not output any signal.
The projector is not switched to the correct input setting.
The "Blank" or "Mute" function is turned on. Please turn it off.
If issue persists, please call our customer service centre.
