Hitachi extends warranty period for home appliances products from 1st Dec, 2022

We are pleased to announce that starting from 1st December 2022 Hitachi has extended the warranty period for Hitachi branded household products which imported and distributed by Arçelik Hitachi Home Appliances Sales Vietnam Co., Ltd. This extension is Hitachi's ongoing efforts to pursue customer satisfaction, so that customer will feel more rest assured and enjoy better after-sales benefits when choosing Hitachi products.

Details of the new warranty policy:

1. Product warranty period: 2 years
   Applies to all products, 4 below room aircon models(except water pump)
2. Compressor/motor warranty period: 10 years
   Applies to refrigerator's compressor, room aircon's compressor (applied for 4 below room aircon models) and washing machine's motor.

From 1st December 2022, the new warranty policy is calculated from from the date on the purchase invoice and from the date of e-warranty activation.
