After the customer provides the required information and completes the payment, the company's staff will contact the customer to confirm the details and schedule the service appointment within 1-2 working days.
The technician will coordinate the appointment schedule directly with the customer.
4.1 The company provides air conditioner cleaning services exclusively for the Hitachi brand.
4.2 The service does not extend to air conditioners imported from Japan.
4.3 The company will not provide cleaning services for products that have been modified or altered from their original condition.
4.4 In case any damage is found or additional repair is required, the technician will inform the customer of the details and preliminary costs before proceeding.
4.5 The service date and time are subject to adjustment based on the technician's schedule.
4.6 The air conditioning cleaning service is warranted for a period of 30 days, in case of water leakage or insufficient cooling performance resulting from the cleaning service.
4.7 The service area must be easily accessible and safe for the technician. In cases where the service area height is 3 meters or higher, the company reserves the right to charge additional fees or may consider that service cannot be provided, depending on the suitability of the site.
4.8 The company guarantees the quality of the service; the warranty does not cover pre-existing damage or internal product issues.
4.9 In case the technician arrives at the scheduled appointment but is unable to perform the service (e.g. customer cannot be contacted, or the customer is not present), the company reserves the right to cancel the service, and the service will be considered a disclaimer.
Customers can reschedule an appointment once, provided they notify at least 3 days before the scheduled date.
Services are available in the following areas: Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Samut Prakan, Pathum Thani.
Customers are required to settle payment via bank transfer by scanning the designated QR code or through mobile banking services.
Payment will be completed immediately or within 1 day after the confirmation of the service appointment.
In case the payment has been made, the payment is non-refundable in all cases.
