This Agreement is made between Arçelik Hitachi Home Appliances Sales (Thailand) Ltd. (the "Company"), acting as the service provider under this Agreement, and the Customer (whose details are specified in the Product Warranty Certificate).
The Company agrees to provide repair services and other related services for electrical appliances (the "Product") as specified in the Product Warranty Certificate. These services are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein. By utilizing the service, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
2.1 On-site service is not applicable to the following small appliances: air purifiers, rice cookers, vacuum cleaners, irons, fans, and microwave ovens.
2.2 For service locations within Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Samut Prakan, and Pathum Thani, the Company shall provide service within twenty-four (24) hours. For other provinces, service scheduling shall be subject to distance and the accessibility of the service area.
2.3 The Company reserves the right to decline maintenance services for Products installed or operated on islands or vessels. Furthermore, service coverage is strictly limited to the territory of Thailand only.
3.1 Privilege Care provides an extension of the product warranty period up to a maximum of five (5) years from the original date of purchase. Coverage shall commence only after the Customer has successfully completed the service payment and product registration.
3.2 This warranty applies exclusively to the Product unit, subject to the terms and conditions specified in the Product Warranty Certificate. Coverage excludes all types of accessories and consumables, including but not limited to: Remote controls and batteries, Components or spare parts made of rubber or plastic. The Company reserves the right to exclude these items from any warranty claims.
3.3 Products with expired warranties, as well as display units (demo units) or special-grade (discounted/clearance) products, are ineligible for the Privilege Care extended warranty program.
3.4 The Product must be in good working condition and fully functional at the time of purchase of the Privilege Care service.
3.5 The Privilege Care warranty shall take effect immediately upon the expiration of the Product's original manufacturer's warranty.
The Company shall not be liable for any claims arising from the following circumstances:
4.1 Commercial Use
Use of the Product for commercial purposes, including but not limited to generating income, profit, or other financial benefit from the Product, such as rental services or coin-operated equipment.
4.2 Standard Warranty Exclusions and Non-Covered Parts:
4.3 Product Adjustment, Technical Errors, and Unauthorized Service:
4.4 Normal wear and deterioration
4.5 Transportation and installation-related damage
4.6 Improper use or negligence
Intentional acts, negligence, misuse, improper operation, failure to follow instructions provided in the product manual, or use of accessories that are not approved or recommended by the manufacturer.
4.7 Serial number alteration
Products where the serial number has been defaced, altered, amended, removed, or is missing.
4.8 Third-party damage
Any loss or damage caused by third parties.
4.9 Environmental and biological causes
Damage resulting from weather conditions, termites, animals, insects, rodents, fungus, improper cleaning methods, improper repair, unauthorized modification, or improper inspection services.
4.10 Consequential or indirect loss
Any consequential, incidental, or indirect loss or damage.
4.11 Natural disasters and external events
Earthquakes, storms, explosions, freezing, vandalism, malicious acts, riots, hail, water damage, flooding, and accidents involving vehicles or aircraft.
4.12 War and Political Risks
Damage resulting from war, invasion, acts of foreign enemies, hostilities, rebellion, insurrection, or confiscation by order of the government or any public authority acting under law, as well as illegal trade or illicit transportation.
4.13. Nuclear Hazards
Damage caused by nuclear reaction, radiation, or radioactive contamination.
4.14 Aircraft pressure or vibration
Damage directly caused by air pressure waves or vibrations from aircraft of any kind.

Privilege Care packages apply only to specific product models as defined under each package category (Set A - Set I), as listed in the official product eligibility list.
The applicable models under each package shall be as specified in the Privilege Care eligibility schedule.
