BTU should be 3*5*800 = 12,000 BTU. However, there are also other factors that affect the Cooling Load Estimation. These include room type ( bedroom, living room or kitchen), room location (close to heat source or not) For example, if the room gets the sunlight the whole day, the Cooling Load Estimation used in calculation should be 900 instead of 800.
What is the difference between Inverter and Non- Inverter?

How often should the Frost Wash be operated?
It is recommended to have the Frost Wash operated every 2 weeks. Not operating Frost Wash for a long period of time would cause accumulation of dust or partricles which would be difficult to be removed.
How often should the Pre Filter be cleaned?
It is recommended to clean the pre filter every 2 weeks or every 200 hours of usage or when the indicator lights in order to prevent the prefilter to become dusty. Dusty air filter will reduce the air volume and the cooling efficiency which will lead to electric energy wasting eventually.
